Insomnephobe is a film that captures a single sleepless night of one character named Josh.
It is through a string of simple and poor choices that cause his sleep deprivation and warped perception of reality to occur. Josh finds himself in a battle between his mind, his senses and the surreal nature of pre-insomnia. He cannot comprehend this self-destruction, blaming not himself as the user, but the technology instead.
The film highlights the sheer inseparability of people from their phones.
